What makes my coaching different?

Do you work in hospitality? Maybe you work shifts, long hours or just struggle to take some time out for you - I am here to help you get back on track and feeling fabulous by giving you all my tried and tested tips and tricks to make you succeed.

For females looking for high-success weight loss results, from a relatable coach, I offer research-led online nutrition, training and support focused on helping women transform through a personalised weight loss plan and lifestyle changes. Unlike other weight loss and lifestyle coaches, I set myself apart with my commitment to accomplishing clients goals, showing compassion whilst building long-term client relationships and passion to educate to better their health.

How do you know I can help you? I have 20 years experience of working in busy bars and restaurants! Different shift patterns, grabbing food on the go, too many takeaways, not focussing on my sleep and snacking way too much! Which led to me being a size 18, bordering on a size 20 and hating the way I looked.

When I embarked on my own weight loss journey, 6 years ago, it opened my eyes to how you can live better, feel better and achieve your goals whilst still working crazy hours.

This is why I retrained as a personal trainer and online coach in early 2018, AFTER my weight loss journey, to pass that knowledge on to you. As they say - knowledge is power and my whole coaching ethos is to be the last coach you will ever need.

 
 

Education

The more you know about how your body works, what you specifically need to do to get to your goals the more you can implement it – knowledge is power and knowledge will be the difference between getting great results and getting amazing results. I deliver this education in your weekly check in, Facebook support group, weekly interactive webinars and educational video’s in the client section of the website.

Nutrition

Nutrition is the key to your weight loss and will determine your shape and how toned you look after a diet. I work with every client individually to make sure your nutrition is bespoke to your goals and you include all the foods you enjoy. No food groups are excluded and delicious food is encouraged!

To help you reach your goals I have recipe books and eating out guides so you can incorporate all the food you love into the plan.

 

Training

Training is important for so many reasons. It can help offset osteoporosis, sarcopenia and keep you active into old age. Training doesn’t have to mean hitting the gym 4 days a week – it is tailored to your abilities and your preferences. This can be through every day activities, training at home or a gym workout. All training programmes are delivered through my personalised app with instructional video’s to ensure you perform the movements correctly.

 
 

Support & Guidance

We’d all like to think we can diet alone but in truth we need some support when things get tough and guidance on which way to turn. My job is to be there whenever you need that extra support and guide you in the right direction to help you reach your goals no matter what is happening.

Community

Going though such an important journey of weight loss is made so much easier when you can relate to others going through a similar journey. This is why I have a Facebook group for community support along with a group on my app where we share weekly wins, new food finds and share ideas.

 

Accountability

It is a proven fact that you can achieve so much more with accountability. Whenever I ask new clients what was the change in them finally seeing results, along with the other points mentioned here accountability is always mentioned. Someone holding you to what you said you would do is so important.

My membership community is for women who know what they are doing but just need a little bit of extra support, accountability and guidance

It has been designed to help you increase your knowledge around health and fitness and have a place to go to for advice with regular support.

It will challenge you, but most importantly it will provide all the help and advice you need through a weekly check in plus the support from a community of like minded females

Hello, I’m Victoria Boast

, a weight-loss coach specialising in nutrition and female health

I founded my business to help women successfully achieve weight loss goals, after my own personal experience of no longer being happy with how I looked, frustrated not getting results and couldn’t wear the clothes I wanted.

My passion is to help you achieve those goals, to motivate you so you are always on track. To find the motivation to push yourself and do things you haven’t done before, but I will be on hand to give you the accountability, guidance, community, support, education and of course training and nutrition.
