My group coaching programme, Project You, is designed to help if you are you struggling with the following:
Lack of time to meal prep, get to the gym/exercise
Lack of time to prioritise yourself
Grabbing food on the go, snacking, eating the wrong foods
Struggling to get enough sleep
Suffering from stress
Project You is an 8 week weight loss program to help you get back on track with your goals with the support you need with other females on the same journey as you. Create a lifestyle that will allow you to enjoy all aspects of life whilst still achieving the results you desire.

Are you ready to invest in yourself?
Gain knowledge in how to successfully see weight loss results and still enjoy all your favourite foods? Then this ‘Project You’ group programme is for you! Over the course of 8 weeks we will set goals, incorporate weekly challenges and work towards your own personal goals in a group setting.
I will help to motivate you so you are always on track, but most importantly I will be on hand to give you the accountability, guidance, community, support, education and of course training and nutrition. What will you learn?

TRAINING
You’ll learn what training best fits your lifestyle, how to add it in to your busy life and what to do when you simply don’t have time
NUTRITION
You’ll understand what to eat to achieve your goals, how to minimise snacking, how to eat on the go for your goals and most importantly how to include your favourite foods/snacks and still lose weight.
MINDSET
You’ll learn how to think differently about your problems and over come them, how to manage stress to help you achieve your goals
FUN AND SELF CARE
You’ll know how to incorporate fun times with friends/family and still see results, and learn the importance of self care and how it can speed up your results.
Group Coaching Options
You will receive both Home and a Gym workout plan to accompany the coaching. The home workout plan has 3 different options to use from body weight, resistance bands and weights. The gym workout routine is designed to be used between 2-4 times each week.

Nutrition
Nutrition is the key to your weight loss and will determine your shape and how toned you look after a diet. I work with every client individually to make sure your nutrition is bespoke to your goals and you include all the foods you enjoy. No food groups are excluded and delicious food is encouraged!
To help you reach your goals I have recipe books and eating out guides so you can incorporate all the food you love into the plan.
Training
Training is important for so many reasons. It can help offset osteoporosis, sarcopenia and keep you active into old age. Training doesn’t have to mean hitting the gym 4 days a week – it is tailored to your abilities and your preferences. This can be through every day activities, training at home or a gym workout.
All training programmes are delivered through my personalised app with instructional video’s to ensure you perform the movements correctly.
Support & Guidance
We’d all like to think we can diet alone but in truth we need some support when things get tough and guidance on which way to turn. My job is to be there whenever you need that extra support and guide you in the right direction to help you reach your goals no matter what is happening.
Community
Going though such an important journey of weight loss is made so much easier when you can relate to others going through a similar journey. This is why I have a Facebook group for community support along with a group on my app where we share weekly wins, new food finds and share ideas.
Accountability
It is a proven fact that you can achieve so much more with accountability. Whenever I ask new clients what was the change in them finally seeing results, along with the other points mentioned here accountability is always mentioned. Someone holding you to what you said you would do is so important.
