My 1-1 coaching programme is designed to help you manage your time to enable you to have time for training, getting your steps in, preparing food and get enough sleep. I will help you understand what to eat on the go, how to manage snacking and help you manage stress so you can enjoy life whilst working busy hours and still achieve all your goals.
I will personally support you on your journey and help you navigate any problem you may face whilst trying to achieve your goals for as long as you need.

There’s no one-size-fits-all plan, that’s why my 1-1 coaching is designed around you, your work and your lifestyle. A bespoke plan, that will work towards your personal goals. Over the course of the time working together, I will help you achieve those goals and motivate you so you are always on track. But most importantly I will be on hand to give you the accountability, guidance, community, support, education and of course training and nutrition. 1-1 Coaching Packages
Victoria offers two types of packages, Classic and Premium.
CLASSIC
The Classic package is designed around women who are ready to take action on their goals with weekly support, a nutrition and training plan and guidance through video feedback.
PREMIUM
The premium package is for those who may need a little bit more support and guidance. This includes everything on the classic package plus 1 x 30 minute call a month to troubleshoot and enable them to fast track their results.
What’s Included
An all-in-one coaching plan, that gives guidance on nutrition, a training plan designed around your goals and support from Victoria and a support group of clients going through the same journey.
NUTRITION
You will receive a bespoke nutrition plan, that includes:
guidance on how to set up nutrition targets for your goal and achieve them
help with how to meal prep around shifts
advice on how to stay on track and minimise snacking
advice on the best foods to grab on the go
help with late night snacking
guidance to navigate social occasions and holidays to still see results
understanding the importance of a long-term nutritional approach
guidance on how to maintain your results after coaching
TRAINING
You will receive a bespoke training plan, that includes:
training plan designed around your goals, abilities and equipment
guidance on how to fit this in around your shifts with flexible plans that can be changed at any time to suit your needs
what to prioritise when you get busy
weekly feedback and accountability to stay on track
on-going assessment of training plan, throughout the entire online coaching
free access to my video library of training exercises (suitable for all abilities)
digital workout log to see your progress over time
SUPPORT
You will receive both accountability and support, that comes in the form of:
initial goal setting call to discuss your individual needs and requirements
two-week reflection call to assess the program and make relevant changes
weekly check-in with video feedback
additional catch ups mid week when needed
on-hand daily support and contact
group support with other clients
weekly educational webinars
free access to my online educational tools to further your knowledge
help with lifestyle factors, i.e. better sleep, tackling stress, finding a better work/life balance

Education

I deliver this education in your weekly check in, Facebook support group, weekly interactive webinars and educational video’s in the client section of the website.
Nutrition
Nutrition is the key to your weight loss and will determine your shape and how toned you look after a diet. I work with every client individually to make sure your nutrition is bespoke to your goals and you include all the foods you enjoy. No food groups are excluded and delicious food is encouraged!
To help you reach your goals I have recipe books and eating out guides so you can incorporate all the food you love into the plan.
Training
Training is important for so many reasons. It can help offset osteoporosis, sarcopenia and keep you active into old age. Training doesn’t have to mean hitting the gym 4 days a week – it is tailored to your abilities and your preferences. This can be through every day activities, training at home or a gym workout.
All training programmes are delivered through my personalised app with instructional video’s to ensure you perform the movements correctly.
Support & Guidance
We’d all like to think we can diet alone but in truth we need some support when things get tough and guidance on which way to turn. My job is to be there whenever you need that extra support and guide you in the right direction to help you reach your goals no matter what is happening.
Community
Going though such an important journey of weight loss is made so much easier when you can relate to others going through a similar journey. This is why I have a Facebook group for community support along with a group on my app where we share weekly wins, new food finds and share ideas.
Accountability
It is a proven fact that you can achieve so much more with accountability. Whenever I ask new clients what was the change in them finally seeing results, along with the other points mentioned here accountability is always mentioned. Someone holding you to what you said you would do is so important.
