My Story
Hello, I’m Victoria Boast, a weight-loss coach specialising in nutrition and female health.
I founded my business to help women successfully achieve weight loss goals, after my own personal experience of no longer being happy with how I looked, frustrated not getting results and couldn’t wear the clothes I wanted.
Back in September 2018, I embarked on my own fitness journey. I started with diet and nutrition which only got me so far. So I decided to join a gym and get my own personal trainer to enable me to learn more.
As soon as I started to see results and with the support from my trainer I gained so much more confidence. I became less interested in the bar industry, which I worked for 18 years prior, and with my new found passion to teach others, I decided it was time for a change in career. After a lot of hard work and dedication, I gained the qualifications in nutrition, training and exercise that I needed, and now continually invest time to expand my knowledge, especially around female health.
I am here to help you navigate your own weight loss journey whilst working busy shifts and give you all the tips and tricks I used to achieve weight loss
Losing weight isn’t easy, we all have different relationships with food. To lose weight there needs to be some kind of restriction – however that restriction doesn’t mean you need to cut out all the foods you love. That’s why over the last few years I have found the best diet hacks and low calorie options for great foods to ensure you are not missing out. Some are life changing! All my clients have access to tasty recipes along with the best supermarket finds so their diet is as enjoyable and inclusive of all food groups.
In order to take your body to the next level and beyond, you also need to get an understanding of why you are looking to transform your body. So to work along side the nutritional advice, I will help you to clearly map out a journey, that will show you exactly what you need to do, in order to hit your goals.
My passion is to help you achieve those goals, to motivate you so you are always on track. To find the motivation to push yourself and do things you haven’t done before, but I will be on hand to give you the accountability, guidance, community, support, education and of course training and nutrition.
Today, I’m on a mission to coach and educate women to understand their nutrition and training so that they accomplish results, gain knowledge and feel empowered.
